Account information

This is an invite-only service. We store your email address, encrypted password credentials, account status, sign-in security information, and session records in our MySQL database so we can provide and protect your account. Invitation and password-reset links are one-time tokens stored only as secure hashes.

Your images

Image processing happens in your browser. AI Assist does not upload image files to its server or store them in the account database. Results remain in the current browser tab until you download or remove them, or until the tab is refreshed or closed. Downloading an image removes it from the page.

Optional Google Drive connection

If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app requests the limited drive.file permission. This lets the app create its own folder and save files that you choose to download; it does not grant access to browse or change unrelated Drive files. The access token stays in browser memory and is discarded when you disconnect, refresh, or close the tab.

Email and security

We use your email address to send invitations and password-reset messages. Security logs such as failed sign-in counts and temporary lockouts are retained as needed to protect the service.
